Finds of the Month 2008

At every meeting we hold Find of the Month competitions. Members can exhibit their Finds from a Club Site and Finds from Own Site.

Each of these categories are further divided into the best coin and best artefact. A member can only enter one find in each of the four categories.

A fifth category has been established is to allow members to display Any Additional Item, as many of our members often find several interesting items during the month. Members can enter another coin or metal artefact, but this category also accepts items such as flints, ceramics, and glass.

Each find is voted on by the members and a certificate is awarded to the winners of each category.
